Academics

Middle School

Middle School (6th through 8th Grade)

Middle school students will be met with new and exciting opportunities as they prepare for the rigor that accompanies high school academics. While they continue to develop intellectually within all areas of study – reading and writing, mathematics, social studies, science, health education and physical education, visual and performing arts, computer science, career studies and financial literacy, and world language (Spanish) – sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students will have the privilege of participating in National Beta Club, Kentucky United Nations Assembly (KUNA), and Kentucky Youth Assembly (KYA). They, additionally, can join an academic team that competes in the Governor’s Cup, a premier academic competition. Middle school students will also become more biblically disciplined as they study the life and deity of Christ.
